ASS AND ABS WORKOUT IN KAMPALA

Socially, it is well known that most ladies (not all) find their beauty in some of their body parts and the Ass is one of those key aspects that they look at. At Metafit256Gym, a class known as the “Ass and Abs” was put in place to help ladies work upon that particular part of their body. One very interesting and important aspect about the class is that it is a “ladies only” class and one of its main goals is to empower women/ladies with self-esteem and general fitness.


Generally, the Ass and Abs workout focusses on:

1. Lower Body (Glutes, Quads and Hamstring)

2. Abbs

3. General Fitness.


Glutes

Scientifically known as the Glutes, the Ass is a group of 3 muscles that make up the gluteal region commonly known as the “buttocks”. These include Gluteus Medius, Gluteus Minimus and Gluteus maximus. The 3 muscles are known to originate from the sacrum and ilium that is on the femur.
